I loved the modern yet cozy design of the Junior Suite with Terrace, which provided a perfect setting for relaxation after our adventures. The amazing dining experience at the French-influenced restaurant downstairs-I'm still dreaming about that filet mignon-was a major highlight of my stay. The staff went above and beyond that had a good variety of options.

The room lacked proper curtains. a roller that let too much light in made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The laundry service was not operational, leaving me with dirty clothes for my next destination. Plus, the noisy minibar fridge added to the frustrations. The bathroom's shower was slippery, which could pose a safety risk.

The attentive staff even provided umbrellas for our rain-soaked explorations, and the delicious breakfast included traditional arepas that made my mornings delightful.
